Is it because of stress, anxiety, tiredness, genetic, etc.? does PALMAR HYPERHIDROSIS or SWEATY PALMS count? Is 'sweaty palms' and shaky hands' related to each other? or in a way? always?
Why do hands shake or shiver?
There are many causes of shakey hands from stress to nerves to diseases like parkinsons. If you have hands that shake for no reason that you know of you should talk to you doctor about this to be sure it isn't a sign of something going on.
Reply:Shaking hands can be a sign of a bunch of things. Stress is one of the major ones. Hyperthyroidism, calcium deficiency, etc. The list is pretty long. The point is tat it's usually a sign of something completely different. Go see a doc.
