I have hyperhidrosis too and I know how embarrassing it can be. Go to doctor and get Drysol. You only use it once a week at night and a bottle will last about a year. It will completely stop your sweating the first time you use it. It can be used on any part of your body and cost about $14. I promise you it will work.
Reply:try to relax more and worry less.
Reply:A healthy diet with plenty of fruit, veg too but mainly fruit really helps. I know this for a fact. You don't necessarily need to cut other things out of your diet but regular gentle exercise will also help. After a week of eating well you will see the difference in how much you sweat, believe me.
Reply:I know that you said switching deodorants wouldn't work. Deodorants don't stop people from sweating, Antiperspirants do.
Reply:just try to relax maybe listen to some calming music
