What is the best medicine to stop my palm&foot sweating?

i think this is hyperhidrosis, but all i want to know is how to solve this problem, without side effect.

What is the best medicine to stop my palm%26amp;foot sweating?
Excessive or profuse sweating is a medical condition with many possible causes. Because it is not a disease, it can be a symptom of another medical condition such as a disorder of the nerves.

Home remedy for sweaty hands or feet:

Boil five tea bags in a quart of water for five minutes. When the solution cools, soak your hands or feet for twenty to thirty minutes nightly. Tea contains tannic acid, which is also found in commercial products such as Zilactol, and Zilactin. The astringent properties of tannic acid are thought to be partly responsible for its antiperspirant action.
Reply:Hyperhidrosis would mean excessive sweating all over the body.

Increased sweating exclusively on the palms and feet is usually caused by anxiety (nervousness).

If you were asking specifically for a medication, I'd suggest Inderal 20mg, it's quite harmless and controls the situation pretty well.
Reply:I haven't heard of a medicine for that yet, but there are remedies, like foot talc or hand talc, alcohols can help too, and just talc... wash your hands or feet with a laundry soap , they are effective, I guess
Reply:Well, the best natural way to stop this kind of sweating is soaking the sweaty feet in Tannin Tea.

Tannin is a natural astringent found in Sage Tea.

Here's what you do.

1. But Sage Tea (it contains Tannin)

2. Fill a bowl with 2 cups of water

3. Throw in 2 or 3 tea bags.

4. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes

5. Do this for 5 days straight and you'll notice a BIG difference
Reply:Its not a cure but I took my son to the doctors for the same thing. She recomended antiperspirant. Not deodorant but actual antiperspirant in an aerosol can. I haven't heard any more from him about it. He sprays his hands and feet.
