This is gross but I have sweaty hands & feet..?

My feet always slip out of shoes/sandals! Does anyone have any remedies for this? and also for hands? I've tried putting antipersprant on and sprayign my shoes w/ hairspray so they kinda stick and don't slip as much, but I need something better b/c it is gross and annoying! Before anyone mentions hyperhidrosis, already researched it-lots of money...

This is gross but I have sweaty hands %26amp; feet..?
I have the same problem! I'm embarrased to shake hands with people and my feet always slip out of shoes/sandals too!

i asked this question here. maybe their answers may help you

Ans1: you may want to go to your doctor and check your iron.

you may be low in iron (found in green leafy vegetables, meat, and some iron enriched cereals - corn flakes etc)

Ans2:depends on how sweaty your talking..if your talking extreme sweatyness all the time then you might need sugery to remove sweat glands...

Ans3:you can use deodorant - or if it is persistant ask your doc..

Ans4:Hi, I'm a tennis player and there's a great product called Dry Grip you should try. Tennis or golf shops often carry it, or you can get it online.

It works great for sweaty palms.

I chose answer 1 as my best bec I think it's true, I'm a bit anemic
Reply:Rare, but not freakishly rare. I suggest you make an appointment with a dermatologist.
Reply:You could try goldbond body powder. that would probably help alot.
Reply:for the shoes put some activated charcoal in the shoes, also some baking soda

for the internal take some chlorphyll and activated charocoal.
Reply:Not to be a downer, but my friend has lupus, they found it because of excessive sweating in her hands and feet. I would ask your doctor and go over a good family history with him just to make sure it is not something bigger. My solution is Goldbond powder though... that stuff is great.
