How do you reduce or get rid of sweaty palms/feet?

I suffer from something called Palmar Hyperhidrosis that affects 1% of the US population (poor me, being stuck in the 1% zone) Are there any home remedies that can get rid of it? I heard putting used tea bags on your hands will help it. But i dunno.. Baby powder maybe? It's really embarassing when I go to school and stuff too. It gets me so paranoid that I avoid all my friends and just be emo? Jk, but I HATE IT. Please someone help..

i have the same problem

haaha lets be emo
Reply:soak them in tea for twenty minutes a day for like 2 weeks and it should reduce it
Reply:See your doctor there are some prescription meds that will help you with that issue. You could try putting a splash of Clorox in about 1 gallon or so of watter it will dry then out. Then after soaking for 15 min. rinse off and dry. Remember I said a splash NOT just Clorox or you can burn your skin.
Reply:once to twice a day soak your feet in a bucket of tea. Just feel a bucket with water and put a couple tea packets in and tada your feet will reduce in sweating in 1-2 weeks. The tea releases antioxidants which close the pours in your skin, thus reducing the sweating. Also baby powder will soak up any extra moister.
Reply:My friend has that problem too, her hands are constantly sweaty, and when they're not wet, they're clammy. Go to your doctor, or use deodorant on your hands.
