How do you stop excessive underarm Sweating?

omg. i swear i think i mite have hyperhidrosis. it sucks. Im in Poms for my school and i ahve had after school practices this week. I wore a cashmere sweater yesturday and a longsleeve today.....and both times when I lifted up my arms to do a dance move...MY UNDERARMS WERE SOAKED! this happens throughout the day too. even when I am not nervous I am always sweating in class! one time it got so out of control it got to the point of BO!!! i was pissed! I told my mom, but she has a new job and she cant talk to my doctor anytime soon cuz her boss wont let her....so she told me to do some research.....so i am. DO YOU NOW OF A LOTION OR DEODERANT (OVER THE COUNTER or PERSCRIPTION) that will stop my sweating?!!!??? HELP!!!!

How do you stop excessive underarm Sweating?
Its over the counter anti- perspirant roll-on call CERTAIN DRI it works great....I use to be the same way ...
Reply:certain dri doesn't work it gave me a rash n itched %26amp; my dermatologist about it %26amp; he prescribed me Drysol %26amp; it was the exact same thing as certain dri %26amp; didnt work either, he then said the only other thing was botox,%26amp; said insurances dont cover it b/c they look at it like a cosmotology Report It

Reply:i dont know, just google it, but its kind of weird that your moms boss wont let her talk to your doctor
Reply:one answer, that guaruntees results but is very expensive.. botox its not only used to firm your face but to stop sweat glands. good luck i feel for you.
Reply:uh i dont sweat that much so i dont know any deo or lotion but you can always ask a pharmasist
Reply:ask your doctor to prescribe DRYSOL.

it works wonders.

and basically saved me from the humilation of raising my arms.

its a deoderant.

you put it on once a week and it lasts for the rest of the week.

its really strong%26amp;your doctor can explain how to put it on%26amp;stuff.
Reply:try a heavy duty sports deodorant

they work better than regular anti-persperants
Reply:The best current cure is a course of botox injections.
Reply:uuuuh use deoderant 24/7
Reply:go to your nearby drugstore or grocery store...and look for Sudden Dry....its in a white box and costs about 5-6 bucks. Use it before bed ONLY and you will see results immediately. It works REALLY well...good luck!
Reply:onions help....wipe an onion in your arm pits....stops sweating straight away
Reply:My grandaughter has about the same problem, I had her try some cornstartch lightly under her arms , it worked for her. try it at home after some excersizing. hope it helps.
Reply:you have to go to the doctor and they will prescribe you a roll on stick thing that you put on everynight before bed for a week then you use it like once a week after that... it works wonders.. i used it and it helped sooo much... i can't remember the exact name of it but trust me it will help... good luck
Reply:i've tried certain dri and it didnt work very well, plus it was uncomfortable and left a rash. i was itching everynite i put it on.

Botox is the BEST. i got it the first time when i was 14 and it lasted for about 7 months. i would look into it.
