Alternative treatments for sweaty hands/feet?

I have palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis (really, really sweaty hands and feet, most of the time). I've been to a dermatologist and she prescribed Drysol, but that does pretty much nothing. She said the next thing would be to buy a medical shock-treatment type machine to send mild electrical currents through my hands and feet. I'm really not crazy about putting extra chemicals into my body or zapping myself, and I'd rather do some kind of natural treatment. What's the best thing? I've heard sage tea, but drinking it only helps a little, and that only for a little while. Also, I'm 15. Will it go away?

Alternative treatments for sweaty hands/feet?
Homeopathy would probably be your best bet. Attached below is a web site that is the next best thing to visiting a homeopath in person. They will, of course, want you to buy from them; but feel free to go to your local health food store to purchase the remedies they recommend.

If homeopathy doesn't take care of this for you, I would suggest your next stop would be a visit to a naturopath. You can check at the health food store to see if there is one in the area that they recommend. If not, you can check out the second link below to find one in your state.

Please feel free to email me with any questions.
Reply:botox is a good treatment, but its expensive. And I understand it works for 3-6 months at a time.
Reply:I have the same problem! I tried rubbing vitamin E oil and it worked for like a day. I tried it again and it didn't work. huh.
Reply:Put 20 mule team laundry booster in your shoes and wear them for a day and you won,t sweat again.
Reply:Listen to the doctor. the shock treatment is a mild electrical current that you probably will not feel.
