How can i get dry, soft and smooth hands out of frequently sweaty hands?

I have sweaty hands all the time. I don't know if it's hyperhidrosis because its not like my hands are pouring sweat 24/7. They are sometimes dry, but right when i realize they're dry, they go damp and clammy. I hate it, im a touchy person, i like holding hands and comforting people with touch. But i cant because my hands feel disgusting. Ive tried baby powder, talcum powder, dr.sholls feet stuff, rubbing alcohol, and some other stuff. It dries my hands for a little bit then they start sweating agian, or with rubbing alcohol and talcum powder my hands just become... tacky, wierd, like dry but grippy. It's not what im looking for. I want dry hands. But not just dry- dry, smooth and soft. What are some home remedies, or things i can buy that WILL help? thank you.

keep your hands in ice cubs box for 5 minutes then wash wash the water with towel and then feel the difference. Do daily twice for a week.

Reply:Maybe, you take too much stress and tension due to which your hands bcum sweaty or there is a skin problem.First of all, consult a good dermatologist. He will be able to help you. Also, you can try rubbing vaseline on your hands daily before going to sleep to make them soft and supple.Maintain a stress-free life as much as possible. Too much stress and tension is bad for your heart too.
Reply:I had the exact same problem for more than 30 years. Yes, it's hyperhidrosis. It's an over stimulated sympathetic problem of the nervous system which makes the hands hot and sweaty. What helped me was chiropractic. I originally came in for a herniated disc, didn't know they can fix hyperhidrosis, and my heart condition as well. I managed to get 3 birds with 1 stone. Don't go to just any chiropractor, you need to go to the very best in the world like I did.

Yes, it's middle of nowhere, but it's worth it. I've been hyperhidrosis free for the past few years. For the first time, I can actually feel every ridge in my fingerprints. Fingers aren't very hot anymore, which my patients miss, but they're not sweaty either which they don't miss. It's a blessing what those guys do, I'm telling you, I've done what you've done, you have to go to them and have it fixed once and for all.
Reply:Whenever your are disturbed mentally, your body responds to it by sweating out. This could be better avoided by constant meditation daily for a few minutes in the early morning and in the evening, atlest for 20 minutes. This will calm your mind and clarity of taught process to solve your problems with much mor ease and confidence. To add to this you can try out Alue Veera juice and lime to be applied on your palm for a few minutes and cleanse it. This will give you a soft and smooth texture to the skin
